1. PCB, Sensor, Connector, Electronic components, cable assembly, Camera modules, LED Drivers, Solar inverters…. can be Watertight encapsulation by Low Pressure Molding.
2. The material (Polyamide / PA) of LPM adheres well to a variety of substrates including metals and ABS. Also the LPM avoid components damaged during injection molding procedure.
3. To instead of housing potting procedure. Saving time and cost. Circling time = 30s ~ 60s.
4. Good heat dissipation if compare with traditional potting procedure. Operating Temperature of the material is -40ºC ~ 100ºC. UL94-V0 flame resistance.
5. The overmold shape can be more suitable to your application or finished product. To meet space constraints. The shape is control by tooling.
